  2. Do not rub or apply pressure to the eye

  3. Avoid attempting to remove objects on your own

  4. Don’t use over-the-counter drops unless advised by our team

  5. Bring your current glasses/contact lenses to your visit (if applicable)

If your situation occurs outside of clinic hours or is life-threatening, please visit your nearest emergency room or urgent care centre.
